Often, fans of beloved video games will devise novel ways to combine their enthusiasm for the game with another interest they have outside of the gaming world. A recent example of this is a Pokémon fan who crocheted a Bulbasaur with a Halloween theme just in time for the fall season. One Animal Crossing fan, on the other hand, used their ingenuity to combine their love of the game with their passion for football.

Players in the widely popular Animal Crossing video game series have the ability to customize their own characters, homes, and, most recently, their own deserted island. Players can create their own landscape, which changes in real time in response to the changing seasons. This has resulted in some pretty interesting islands, such as a recent Breath of the Wild-inspired island that was modelled after the village of Kakariko. According to Nintendo Life, a fan of animal crossing new horizons bells by the name of Gametropolis has created kits for all 20 teams in the Premier League. Gametropolis posted a video to his YouTube account in which he demonstrated all 20 designs and even provided the codes he used to create them in-game for other players to use. The shirts are meticulously designed, from the Emirates logo on the Arsenal shirt to the distinct markings on the Chelsea shirt. One of the teams' custom-made T-shirts will be given to one lucky person who comments on his video, he says at the end of the clip.

This isn't Gametropolis' first foray into the world of video games. Prior to the Euro 2020 soccer tournament in 2020, he recreated the uniforms of all 24 teams competing in the competition. In a playlist called Project AC FC on his YouTube channel, Gametropolis uploads videos of high-quality soccer team kits, with the goal of recreating every notable team's kit. As he did with his most recent video, which featured the kits from the Premier League's 2021-2022 season, he makes his codes available so that other players can wear the designs in their own Animal Crossing game. Thanks to the efforts of Gametropolis, players can now don the kits and impress their fellow players or surprise villagers, as demonstrated by this player's surprise of Tom Nook.

The Premier League's 2021-2022 season began on August 13th and will conclude on May 22nd. Gametropolis' designs allow players to don the jersey of their favorite team to show their team spirit and support for their favorite team. While they wait for the next Animal Crossing: New Horizons update, players can take pleasure in the fan-created items, such as wearable designs for their characters or crocheted versions of their favorite villagers, while they are waiting.
