Things which can be followed for possible cure of IBD

-To do yoga in an open space where there is direct rising sunlight, the early morning sunlight is essential and helpful for the overall human body and helps to gain vitamins in the body. So not just early morning sunlight but it I also crucial to general give sunlight to the body, especially the stomach.
- to do meditation of Kapalbhaati, Aum Chant, Anulom Vilom. Meditation helps in improving concentration and relaxes the body, mind, and soul.
- Drinking water from a copper vessel is beneficial, and it is advisable to store water in a copper vessel overnight and make sure to drink that water first thing in the morning.
- Some fruits help treat this disease, like Bael and pomegranate, so the patient should drink Bael juice preferably. If the same is not available due to off-season, alternatively, pomegranate juice should be preferred.
- try to have intermediary fasting and keep a gap of 14 hours between the last meal for the day and the first meal of the next day.
- to avoid spicy, chilly food, milk, and fruit Mango.
- preferably replace one of the meals with fruits for better and faster results.

One can also consider eating fiber foods, as fibrous foods including ground-up seeds or leafy green vegetables and fruits are ideal for keeping the digestive system running. If there is an irritant in the digestive system, these foods can heal and get your body back to square one.

You can also eat some foods that include enzymes, including ginger, pineapple, etc., as they help break down foods that fail to be digested completely. Undigested foods tend to be a possible irritant in our bodies.
