When your car is in this position, it should be kept in mind that the axis of your rear thrusters is flying in the opposite direction of the car.  Consequently, when you are in the air, you can lean your car forward to accelerate and backwards to slow down while you are traveling.  To practice single-jump aerialling, position yourself in the goal and fly from one goal to the other while maintaining your position in the goal.

While in the air, make an effort to slow yourself down, and then accelerate yourself back up again.  Practicing changing your flight speed in this manner will help you become more comfortable in the air.

If you move your joystick to the left or right of where the car is currently positioned, the car will also move in that direction.  Maintaining your composure for the time being, however, is essential.  Gain an understanding of how to perform a standard aerial as well.  The ability to control your car in the air will take a lot of hours and practice, so don't be discouraged if you find it extremely difficult at first; this is something that everyone experiences.  After you've mastered the single-jump aerial, it's time to move on to the more difficult double-jump buy cheap rocket league item that are available.  After jumping off the ground and tilting your car back, a double-jump aerial is used to boost your car.  This is different from a single-jump aerial in that you need to jump off of the ground again before using the double-jump aerial.  The ability to fly through the air without stumbling is achieved by performing a second jump, provided that you have the necessary boost.

The information is being fed in at breakneck speed.  When you are practicing this, it is likely that you are not releasing your joystick quickly enough before jumping the second time.  Let's talk about how to keep yourself under control while you're in the air now that you've mastered the art of getting off the ground.

Learning how to feather your boost is one of the most important aspects of aerials, and it is also one of the most difficult skills to master.  In the air, feathering your boost means that you tap your boost button instead of pressing it all the way down.  This will allow you to maintain your altitude while also preserving the amount of boost that you are currently utilizing in your flight. . . . Maintaining greater control of your vehicle while in the air is made possible by feathering your boost simultaneously.

In order to perfect this technique, you should first jump into the air and attempt to hover in one spot while feathering your boost.  Put in a few minutes of practice and you should notice a significant improvement in your ability to read.

In order to make things even more difficult, hover in one spot for a few seconds before changing your elevation in either direction and hovering in that spot for another few seconds.  This will present you with even greater difficulties.  As a result, you should have a solid understanding of how to catch yourself mid-flight.

You will most likely use a single- or double-jump aerial to achieve your desired height in the air if you want to gain height in the air.  As soon as you have gained the necessary height for the desired aerial, you can begin to feather your boost until you are able to successfully hit the ball.  Even before you leave the ground, try to point the nose of your car in a direction that is opposite the direction of the ball in order to make aerials that much easier for yourself.  As a result, the number of micro-adjustments that you will need to make in mid-air will be reduced, as will your ability to get to the ball more quickly as well.

Whenever I'm flying from one goal to another, I aim for one of the white lights that are visible above each crossbar of the goal before turning around and aiming for the light directly opposite the one I just flew to.  Aiming for the lights provides you with a target that forces you to make micro-adjustments as you fly, which helps you improve your flying skills.  It is significantly more efficient to train with a target than it is to simply fly around the field.  As a result, it forces you to set a personal goal for yourself.
