Late one Sunday afternoon, Scotty and I took a stroll around the pond within the downtown city park. We stopped in the gazebo and Scotty got recorded on one knee, explained he loved me and that he wanted to look after me. He inquired about marrying him. With tears in my eyes, I said yes, obviously. We had only been dating for seven weeks, but I knew. Then, he required some frozen treats, a guy truly after my heart, lol. It would be a wonderful afternoon.

We met via a dating app. Funny story: Scotty sent me a message around the app, and I didn’t respond immediately. A month later, just like Scotty was reading how you can delete his profile, I replied. Looking back inside my old messages because I knew they delete automatically after thirty days of receiving them, I desired to make sure I didn’t miss anyone who would be a good match. I may have lost Scotty forever if I waited just 20 more minutes.

Our first dance was like a married couple. Even though everybody was looking at us, it felt enjoy it was just us. Everything else faded away. Fun and romantic. It was real then. I would be a 47-year-old woman who had never married, which means this was an exceptional moment for me personally.

I didn’t go wedding gown shopping because I know most shops don't carry larger sizes, so it's hard to observe how they would look on. I knew what I wanted. So, I started looking online for plus-size wedding gowns and discovered you guys feeltimes.

I didn’t want anything too fancy because it will be a small, casual wedding. I desired to be comfortable and then wear a typical bra due to being busty. In search of the fit and flare, knee-length boho wedding dress, I wanted something which accentuated my curves and bust line but wasn't too revealing with upper arm coverage.
