PlayStation Productions released its first project with Uncharted, which has been a long time coming. Uncharted. Film adaptations of Naughty Dog's beloved game has been in the works for over a decade, trading hands with numerous directors, writers, and actors.

The final film ended being a starring role for Tom Holland in the role of Nathan Drake and although the film was not a huge success with critics, it brought in plenty of cash at the box-office and is a good prelude to the possibility of a sequel, which means it's likely that more live-action Nathan Drake adventures are on the horizon at some point. An upcoming Uncharted sequel is far from the only thing Sony has to do, though.

The Last of Us - HBO TV SeriesWhat could be the next TV show coming from PlayStation Productions is yet another Naughty Dog adaptation. HBO is currently adapting The Last of Us with Chornobyl's Craig Mazin and The Last of Us co-creator Neil Druckmann at the helm of the production.

Star of the Mandalorian Pedro Pascal will play Joel Miller and Game of Thrones actor Bella Ramsey will portray Ellie Williams, two roles which carry a lot in baggage due to their emotional arcs and the much they mean as characters to the fans.

The show is set to follow the story of the games very closely, however it will contain new features that include flashbacks , and characters that have been mentioned but never seen within the video games. The show hasn't been given a time frame for its release, but is likely to be released in 2023.

It is thought that the show may filming, but it's likely to wrap photography in the moment.Twisted Metal is also being screened on a small screen as a video game show which has not been on air since the year 2012. Peacock will air a re-imagining of the game in an hour-long comedy that features actors such as Anthony Mackie, Thomas Haden Church, Neve Campbell with Diablo 2 Resurrected Items, and many others, which means the show will be a dazzling affair.
