NFL free agency in 2019 has been crazier than usual. Elite wide receivers were tradedin blockbuster deals, there was another marquee QB deal, and multiple teams have been aggre sive stockpiling veteran talent.

But what players and teams are coming out of free agencylooking the best, and what moves havethem Brandon Brooks Jersey looking likethe worst? Here's going around the league to break it all down:

NFL TRADE GRADES: |

2019 NFL free agency winners and losersWinners: Browns

Getting Odell Beckham Jr. to take Baker Mayfield and their offense to another stratosphere is one thing, but the Brownsalso upgraded on defense with Sheldon Richardson and Olivier Vernon as great fits for their scheme. The Browns are in to draft for luxury vs. need when they pick without a first-rounder in April. There's not even a question about their status as AFC North front-runners now with John Dorsey and Freddie Kitchens.

Losers: Giants

They recovered a lot of money and got extra picks by moving Beckham and defensive end Olivier Vernon and not re-signing safety Landon Collins. General manager Dave Gettleman is doing some gutting with a cost-effective rebuild in mind, which worked for him in Carolina. But for now, New York of what it needs to be in order to be competitive for coach Pat Shurmur, especially if the teamsticks with Eli Manning as surefire starting quarterback without OBJ. Golden Tate and Markus Golden hae helped start the recovery plan.

Winners: Jets

The Giants are also getting heat for draftingSaquon Barkley No. 2 overalllast year as the other New York team got its franchise QB, Sam Darnold. Now the Jets have a special feature back of their own inLe'Veon Bell. The 26-year-oldis in the running and pa sing games, and Jamison Crowder and Josh Bellamy boost an underrated receiving trio of Robby Anderson, Quincy Enunwa and tight end Chris Herndon.

For Gregg Williams' defense, they couldn't quite land linebacker Anthony Barr or cornerback Pierre Desir, but keeping versatile lineman Henry Anderson and getting C.J. Mosley to clean up on the second level were coups. Like the Browns, the Jetswere not far from competing for the playoffs last season with Darnold. So it made sense for Ron Jaworski Jersey GM Mike Maccagnan to be aggre sively spending, as well, to take advantage of having the initial savings of a good first-round QB.

Loser: Le'Veon Bell

Bell ended up with a team on the rise, but bysitting out a year with the Steelers to protect himself from injury, he ended up hurting his longer-term earning potential. Several teams shied away from making stronger offers for him. He went in expecting more than the $52.5 million over four years with $35 million guaranteed he got from New York. In relation to what running backs are worth now, that ishigh, but it didn't push Todd Gurley for the top of the market. Consider this a close lo s.

Losers: Steelers

The Killer B's era with Antonio Brown traded to the Raiders and Bell signing with the Jets. The Steelersalso saw the Browns and Ravens make some marquee moves to improve their teams. Cornerback Steven Nelson is a good acquisition, but Pittsburgh goes into the draft with considerable holes coming off Jordan Howard Jersey a non-playoff season. The next question becomes how long Ben Roethlisberger will play to prop up the team into contention.

Winners: Eagles

Keeping Brandon Graham and was a good combination for the Eagles'defensive line, and getting back as a deep threat in the offense was good, too. They also got something out of cut candidate Michael Bennett by sending the end to the Patriots. And they resisted trying to pull off a tag-and-trade with quarterback Nick Foles. L.J. Fort also was good recovery pickup for the defense after losing Jordan Hicks.

Winner: Nick Foles

Foles' feel-great story had to end in Philadelphia, and he cashed in with his one real suitor, getting $50 Vinny Curry Jersey million-plus in guaranteed money as part of his four-year, $88 million deal. Jacksonville is giving him to remain a starterthinking he has more playoff magic left in him.

Winners: Packers

Green Bay is sitting pretty for the draft after getting two Smiths from the Beltway (former Raven Za'Darius, former Redskin Preston) to replace fading Clay Matthews and Nick Perry as its top edge pa s-rushers for Mike Pettine. The Packers also addre sed their next biggest defensive need with free safety Adrian Amos, plucking him from the rival Bears. That leaves a ton of flexibility with their two first-round picks, where defensive line and tight end are firmly in play. GM Brian Gutekunst has separated from Ted Thompson with his calculated attack mode.

Losers: Bears

Amos is a tough lo s for their secondary, as well as unsigned nickel back Bryce Callahan. Signing Ha Ha Clinton-Dix to replace Amos and Buster Skrine to replace Callahanarebig downgrade, and by not getting into the Bell sweepstakes after not taking a flyer on Kareem Hunt, they settledfor Seahawks backup Mike Davis for their offensive backfield. Wide receiver/return man Cordarrelle Patterson doesn't do much to move the needle, either. Chicago and Ryan Pace get a little break for having a busy, effective 2018 offseason, capped by the Khail Mack trade. But this hasn't been much of a follow-up with Green Bay doing real work and neither Detroit or Minnesota getting worse.

Winners: Raiders

The Raiders look like they're sticking with Derek Carr at quarterback, and they were smart to back up that continued investment. Antonio Brown and Tyrell Williams makeOaklandamong the best in the leagueat wide receiver. Left tackle Trent Brown Brian Dawkins Jersey Carr's protection to get the ball downfield for the new weapons. Their other big move, free safety Lamarcus Joyner, cleans up a lot of coverage i sues defensively. Coach Jon Gruden and GM Mike Mayock have spent a ton, but it's clear they have a plan. The best part is how they came out Nick Foles Jersey with their three first-round draft picks stillintact.

Losers: Chiefs

So they cut Justin Houston and traded Dee Ford, taking away from the one good thing they did on defense last season rushing the pa ser from the edge.Chris Jones and his 15.5 sacks need a lot more help now, and Alex Okafor signing inspires only a little. On the back end, they couldn't keep Nelson and on Tyrann Mathieu, who ended up as a replacement for, instead of complement to, the now-released Eric Berry. Carlos Hyde is a minor help to their running game. Inrelation to Kansas City, Oakland and Denver improved more.

Winners: 49ers

San Francisco sat on its big money and didn't dive in too deep onBell or Brown, but it filled two great needs defensively with Ford and linebacker Kwon Alexander. There was no Earl Thomas splash at safety, either, but the 49ers didn't need to overextend for another defensive impact player while sitting on the No. 2 overall pick and staring at Nick Bosa in the draft.

Losers: Seahawks

Seattle's big
