Fashionistas who like to save money know that the holidays are a great time to go shopping. That's because there are so many Black Friday dresses sale, and you can choose from a wide range of clothes, accessories, and shoes. If you don't have time to search the web for deals worth splurging on, it can be hard to know where to start. So, to make your holiday shopping less stressful, GODDIVA made a list of all the sales you should actually shop before the holidays.

This year, shoppers who like to follow trends are in luck because many brands and stores are offering discounts on items that celebrities like. Take the case of Goddiva. The brand of semi-fine jewellery that everyone wears is giving a steady 25% off all items on November 26. Also, stores like Nordstrom and McMullen are offering their own great deals as part of the shopping extravaganza. Nordstrom is already giving discounts of up to 40% on some items in all of its departments, from home to fashion to beauty.

Here are some perks

On Black Friday, You're Only Shopping In Stores.

If you're worried that you won't be able to shop in stores for the Black Friday dresses sale this year, you shouldn't put too much emphasis on shopping in stores. Yes, we do see deals that are only available in stores, but stores are moving away from them.

Still, we think online shopping will be busy again on Black Friday 2022. Even though stores may be closed on Thanksgiving, they rarely shut down their websites as well. This means you can still shop for everything on your list without leaving your house.

You aren't going to use your Black Friday credits.

Dresses on sale on Black Friday often sell better when they come with gift cards, store credit, or rebates. Even though it's easy to get them, you're cheating yourself out of savings if you don't use them later. Find something to spend it on, whether it's a store gift card, Kohl's Cash, or a mail-in rebate.

You Aren't Looking At Refurbished Or Open-Box Items.

Refurbished or "open-box" items might make you feel a little uneasy, but there's no reason to be suspicious of them in general. On Black Friday, online stores like eBay offer these kinds of items at very low prices.

Refurbished can mean a few different things when it comes to items, but if you're careful, you should know exactly what you're getting. Interested in a product that says "open-box"? Most of the time, that just means that the box has been opened, as it sounds. Most of the time, these are items that were sent back for some reason, but not because they were broken.

Check the return policy before you buy an open-box or refurbished item. So, you'll know what to do if your product has problems when it gets to you.

Do You Think Black Friday Will Have Free Shipping?

Because of Amazon Prime, we've become used to getting free shipping. Even though some stores may lower their free shipping thresholds for Black Friday, free shipping won't be a big trend. In fact, you can expect that most stores will have minimums of $50 to $100.

You expect price matching on Black Friday.

Smart shoppers know that price matching is sometimes the best way to save money. Don't count on stores to offer this deal on Black Friday, though. Usually, stores don't match prices or make changes from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday. Others will stop them from the Monday before Black Friday until the end of the following week.

This year, some stores may once again change their policies. But you should know that these can be limiting. For example, Target's holiday policy has been changed to include purchases made after October 10. The catch is that it only works if Target's own price drops on or before December 24.

Before you use a price adjustment or match as a way to save money, find out what you need to do.
