It's unlikely that these will constitute the main new Runewords added within Patch 2.4. which will be the first balance patch for Diablo since more than a decade. In D2R Ladder Items an interview with Diablo's Resurrected producers made clear the upcoming patch would be focusing on underserved builds by making skill adjustments and the addition of new Runewords. A few of the new Runewords will also likely work well for the game's lesser-used mercenaries, that's the goal on patch 2.4.

 The reason it's the Blood Knight hasn't been officially released, there could be a number of reasons.
