As with any other game, a great deal of practice is required to become proficient in GD (geometry dash subzero). To put it simply, that's it. Do the level again and over again (or at least sections of it) until you feel comfortable starting from scratch. After that, all there is to do is keep at it with persistence.

Those unfamiliar with the game are advised to make advantage of the practice mode. It's not awful to utilize it as a learning tool for the level. This is done to help you learn the layout of the level and spot the many traps and tricks hidden throughout. First of all, if you're not up for a little more work, you may skip getting the hidden coins. Don't worry, you can always obtain them in the future. There's always YouTube if you get stuck on a level (especially easy for main levels).

Just try to have a good outlook and some measure of patience. It took me 18000 tries to beat only one level, and at first it seemed impossible, but after much effort I became fairly consistent.

My second piece of advice, should you want to keep playing GD, is to keep challenging yourself by playing higher levels. After completing the primary levels (without dying to any demons), go on to the easier demons such as Clubstep, The Lightning Road, and Demon Mixed.
