The motor of the cordless paint sprayer is in the lower part of the housing. After the system is filled with refrigerant, the motor may be immersed in the refrigerant liquid. When the refrigerant liquid level in the housing is high, the high voltage resistance test may show a higher leakage value due to the higher conductivity value of the refrigerant liquid than the gas or the lubricating oil. This phenomenon occurs when all motors are immersed in a liquid refrigerant compressor and there are no safety hazards. To reduce the leakage reading, run the system for a short time and ensure that no refrigerant liquid is returned to the refrigeration compressor housing before retesting.
