Job Description Responsible for finding out the business opportunities in the areas of express and ecommerce logistics. Engage with existing key account and seek opportunities to build new business with e-commerce customers. Responsible for generating Sales leads, carrying out cold calls and visit prospective customers. Plan monthly cycle to visit existing and prospective clients. Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships. Develop and generate sales for achieving the monthly target. Interact with customers positively to resolve complaints. Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution. Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and customers.
