Job Description Key Responsibilities Proactively monitor the cloud infrastructure and work with incident response team to solve any issues that arises in the monitoring system. Proactively building and implementing services to make better product and cloud infrastructure. Research, Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of a problem and communicate with stakeholder Prioritize and manage many cases simultaneously.
