Position: Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
Manage the Revenue, Sales and Distribution, P&L of the entire distribution house as a General Manager

Profile:
• Prepare sales plan on monthly basis by preparing estimated demands aligning the same with organizational annual plans.
• Ensure availability, visibility and awareness of products in the market through efficient and effective sales and branding.
• Manage loyal / advocate customers (sellers / buyers) ecosystem through constant ground level interactions, and by adapting and embracing to ever changing customer / market dynamics.
• Delegate the sub-target setting to the reporting units or teams and follow-up for the results.
• Make annual operational plan, headcount plan, budget and KPIs for the team members.
• Support and identify department level strategy, vision, mission, targets and KPIs within the delegated frame.
• Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
• Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
• Plan and manage budgets and field expenditures.
• Identify sales best practices and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Regular visit by self and ensuring the same by sales team to outlets for various planned activities.
• Ensure product and campaign awareness reinforcement through sales team, random visits and through various mechanisms.
• Ensure product availability of products in all the outlets ensuring sufficient products in the market.
• Develop and implement reward systems for the stakeholders to boost Sales.

Educational Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Experience and Exposures
• Minimum 5 years of experience of selling products in the market and managing sales team of more than 20 people.
• Experience of FMCG / Tobacco / Foods is a must
