The hardest part is making the alteration where sign-and-trades hard cap the receiving team. The simplest route is 2K21 MT to ignore this, which NBA 2K21 basically already does. Another route, which frankly should not be challenging but I might be naive, is to then trigger the hard cap at the luxury line, or luxury apron but I do not think 2K has got the apron in NBA 2K21.
