type is a small mobile unit that is towed to a worksite. Larger trucks can be
driven to remote field locations and are equipped with engine-driven
compressors. These machines are useful for cleaning the internal surface of
a pipeline or other structure. The tungsten carbide deflecting tip on the nozzle directs the blast
against the inner wall of the pipe. The spin blast unit uses a rotating head that focuses the
abrasive blast on a specific surface.
