DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
.NET Technical Lead/Manager skills will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers for .NET web, service, and cross-platform mobile applications.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and strong programming skills. The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities. The candidate must be proficient in n-tier architecture, class structures, and Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, SQL Server)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to development teams
Design, develop, maintain .NET web, service, and cross-platform mobile applications
Perform code review to ensure code quality, design, and coding standards
Research new technologies. Integration with 3rd party tools and technologies
Directly report to founder/CEO
