KEY Challenges of The Position

Responsible for recruitment process to manage efficient and effective handling of hiring activities.
Responsible for selection of right sourcing tool for the advertisement of vacant position and future openings.
Gather requirements from the departments and make proper job specification and descriptions of the roles.
Ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation of the selected candidates.
Gathering the required document to be maintained in employee personal file.
To facilitate organization in meeting quality standards to maintain the consistency and compliance in the HR process and assist the line manager to follow organized and comprehensive procedure.
Provide administrative support in handling employee confirmation, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Engage in preparation of monthly salary payroll to share with Finance Department.
