Job Description
It’s a full time Office Based Night Shift (8:15 PM to 4:45 AM) Job which is fully office based, You will be communicating with USA customers through phone call, Email, Text for their Medical Prescription Refilling.
• It’s not the software making or selling Project which means you don’t need to have any software idea or knowledge. So anyone can apply as long as you have good communication skills.
Provide a high quality phone and customer service support for end-user customer
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Generate sales leads
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
