Job Description Maintain and approve the attendance and leave records of the delivery riders on a daily basis understanding the daily availability and necessity of delivery riders. Solve the general grievances of the delivery riders by proper counseling and maintain a good team spirit among them. Maintain the records of the all payroll issues (for e.g. salary/incentives) of the delivery riders whenever necessary and coordinate with the HR / Finance & Accounts department for necessary handling.
