Orphanos: Responsibilities to the Municipality of Thessaloniki for the "lock" at the KDAP MEA, Koletti Street The closure of the Center for Creative Employment of Children with Disabilities (KDAP MEA) of the Municipality of Thessaloniki by decision of the Region of Central Macedonia brings the Administration of the Municipality of Thessaloniki in front of its responsibilities for such a serious issue, which concerns dozens of vulnerable children and their families. An Administration that has been deaf for a long time to the voices of mayors and councilors and our faction to settle the matter legally and in time, so that the daily life of such sensitive social groups does not have to be turned upside down.
