Great Program by Nepal Police: Morang Police have started Victim Revisit Program where Police officers go to homes of crime victims, meet them and give them a sense of security, tell them about laws and also counsel them to make a friendly and safe environment for Victims such that they are not troubled by criminals, past crimes and threatenings.
