The process to Apply for Driving License Online in Nepal

  1. Register an account with DOTM's Driving License Application System
  2. Update Profile
  3. Update Address
  4. Upload Citizenship
  5. Fill up the form
  6. Select Desired dates
  7. Download and Print the form
  8. Pay application fee

It would help if you visited Rastrya banijya Bank to pay the application fee, which is rs 500.

Biometrics

As this is a Smart Card License, you need to provide your Biometrics. They will scan your

  1. Eyes
  2. Fingerprints
  3. Take Photograph
  4. and Digital Signature

After finishing this, you will be given written exam dates.

Written exam for Driving License
