NON-WOVEN MATERIAL Non-woven materials are produced out of fibres which have been moulded together mechanically, thermally or chemically. Non-woven material is widely used for producing single use surgical masks, reusable bags and so on. This means the durability of material depends from the purpose it is made for.

To produce durable non-woven material, recycled plastic is processed and made into reusable bags. Non-woven bags are lightweight, very durable and machine washable.

Non-woven reusable bags can be with or without lamination or covered with kraft paper. Bags with lamination are perfect for high quality photo print whereas bags without lamination are eco friendly and look more natural. COTTON MATERIAL There are three main ways to produce cotton bags. Firstly there are bags made out of organic cotton which is grown without any pesticides. Second option is to use recycled cotton which is produced by recycling old cotton products. Lastly there is bleached cotton bags, which can be recognised by its ivory colour.

According to the origin, growing and production methods the durability, strength and structure can cary. Recycled cotton for example is finer and thinner than unbleached cotton.
