Kingdom Valley Islamabad The abbreviation NOC refers to the no-objection certificate. Kingdom Valley Islamabad NOC status is legal and legally recognized housing plan under the Naya Pakistan Housing Program. Additionally, permission is given under DRG/PHATA/2176-2021. Pakistan Housing and Town Planning Management have approved the project. It is also a Ghulam Hussain initiative, thus there were no legal concerns when getting the NOC. The NOC certifies that the project is safe for investment. Also, once approved, analysts foresee a rise in future plot charges as the property value rises.
