The Air Jordan 14 is Michael Jordan's fourteenth signature shoe. It originally released in 1998, boasting a Ferrari influenced design that served as an homage to Michael Jordan's love for motorsports. Compared to many of Jordan Brand's favorites - such as the AJ1 and AJ4 - the Air Jordan 8 rarely receives much attention. But this year, things are looking up for the silhouette, as it recently collaborated with athlete Rui Hachimura and will soon see a brand new, Taxi-themed women's exclusive. Though said to be inspired by the Air Jordan 11 Concord, the upcoming release essentially blends Grape with the Air Jordan 5 Fire Red, the latter of which clearly inspires the pair's color blocking. Only the red is swapped out for the titular purple, whose darker shade is found along the midsole spikes, lining, and Jumpman logos. The Air Jordan 3 is having quite the year, with its Fire Red colorway soon to return later this Fall. Spring 2023, too, has a couple exciting offerings in store both the Reimagined as well as the yet-to-be-revealed Mars. The versatile forward came from unassuming beginnings, describing himself as a player who didn't take basketball too seriously until he was older, developing a supportive relationship with his mother along the way. The colorway pulls from his memory of a childhood gym where his mother rebounded for him. We received Nike Off White hundreds of applications for Community Grants, and every single one of them was a reminder of the unique impact and powerful personal connections local community efforts can make happen. Making a decision on the first cycle of 18 organizations selected was certainly not easy, said Craig Williams, President, Jordan Brand.

The Jordan Why Off-White x Nike Shoes Not Zer0.4, Russell Westbrook's newest signature shoe, proves how the worlds of performance and style don't have to be at odds with each other. In design, one of the introductory colorways connects to Westbrook's collaborative apparel collection with Japanese fashion brand FACETASM. Underfoot, the Why Not Zer0.4 incorporates a double-stacked Zoom Air bag to help improve responsiveness and cushioning during play. The shoe has two Zoom Air pods in the forefoot and a supportive TPU plate running through the midsole. Both technical elements are housed within a plush foam and help create a new underfoot experience and sensation. The silhouette, stance, material choices and detailing celebrate Nike's irreverent approach to performance design, with an eye to progressive solutions for all athletes. Aesthetically, the main objective of the Air Zoom Type was to hold as close as possible to the original hand-built prototype created in Beaverton, Oregon. This approach evolves the concept-driven Nike N. 354 label. The Air Jordan 4 Infrared is just one of many, and it's currently set to drop later this May. Official images only stoke the flame, further teasing the colorway just after a sizable delay. But at least this gives us a closer look at the pair's design, which some have likened to the Green Glow from 2013. The Air Jordan 12 is the twelfth Air Jordan signature shoe designed for Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. It debuted in 1996 and released throughout the 1996-1997 NBA season. The sneakers originally retailed for $135 and was designed by Tinker Hatfield.
