At The home tutoring in Dubai Teacher, we take our female tutors’ safety very seriously. We put in a lot of effort to make sure that the people in our teaching network are trustworthy (Tutors, Parents, and Students), and we double-check everything.

However, we recognise that this may not be sufficient to secure the safety of female tutors. As a result, we strongly advise you to play an active role in your own security when going for private home tutoring.

For your own safety, we recommend that you follow the following safety recommendations:

  • Always let your family or a close relative know where you’re going when you’re going for a trial session.

  • When you go for home tutoring in Dubai, provide them the student’s or parent’s name, contact information, and address. On the first day of the trial session, we also recommend going with one family member.

  • Try to conduct lessons or a trial session in an open room in the house if at all possible. While offering trial sessions or classes, make sure other family members or at least one female member of the student family is present.

  • Always keep a personal cell phone with you and notify someone when you arrive at a student’s home and when you intend to return.

  • If you want to double-check something, don’t be afraid to ask for the parent’s basic information.

  • Always go with your gut. Do not continue with the trial sessions if you have any suspicions or feel uneasy at the student’s home for any reason. Make an emergency excuse to get out of there and let us know as soon as possible.

  • If you are giving several sessions of home tutoring in Dubai in a day, alert your family and provide them with the essential information, such as the time of each tuition, the name, contact information, and address of each student/parent.

  • Parents and students should not be informed about your personal life.

  • While home tutoring in Dubai, establish and enforce limits with pupils and other family members.
