Kulman Ghising says, "Around 95% of the Nepali people have access to Electricity now but many rural areas in Karnali like Dolpa, Mugu, Humla still don't have easy access to electricity. Many of his old team members were transferred to other field & some were given other responsibilities along with the ending of Kulman's last tenure.
