For example, the production of automobile hoses requires two rubber extruders for online extrusion production. The previous rubber extruder extruded the inner hose of the rubber extruder. The rubber was extruded through a suitable type of rubber extruder, and then the extruded product was conveyed to the knitting machine by a conveyor. After processing, the hose passing the weaving line passes through the tractor to transport the hose to the station of the second rubber extruder. The second rubber extruder is equipped with a T-die woven hose from the end of the die and is compounded with the rubber extruded from the second rubber extruder to form the hose structure we need. After the basic structure of the hose is produced, it is passed through water and isolation fluid, and finally cut by the automatic cutting machine to the length of the hose we need. After the hose blank is produced, it is shaped by the setting mold, and finally the product is finished by the final vulcanization by the electric vulcanization tank. Therefore, the production process and production equipment used for different rubber pipes are different. We must choose the equipment suitable for production to produce according to the product.
